No Returns — Exchanges Only

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns. However, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible for Exchange

• Item received is damaged or defective
• Wrong item or size was delivered
• Item is unused, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached

Not Eligible

• Items worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags
• Requests after 7 days of delivery
• Sale items (unless defective)

How to Request

1. Email teekhiandco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
2. Include order number and photo of item
3. We review and respond within 2 business days
4. If approved, we send return instructions
5. Replacement ships once we receive and inspect the item

Shipping

Our error = we cover shipping. Size exchange = customer covers return shipping.
